Pick-up services are available from specific areas for an additional fee. Please contact us during booking to see if your location is covered.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 or 48 hours before the scheduled tour (depending on the specific package). Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
On the Buggy Tours
No Wi-Fi: The buggies are open-air off-road vehicles designed for adventure. They do not have built-in Wi-Fi.
Mobile Signal: You will generally have mobile data (4G/5G) coverage while driving through the hills, though there may be occasional “dead zones” in deep valleys or remote rural areas.
On the Boat Tours
Limited Access: Most tour boats do not provide Wi-Fi.
Mobile Signal: You will have a signal while close to the coastline. However, if the boat goes further out to sea, your mobile data connection may drop or become unstable.
At the Meeting Point
Most tours depart from the Cascais Marina. Many of the cafes and reception offices at the Marina offer free customer Wi-Fi where you can check in or download your tickets before the tour begins.
Pro-Tip: We recommend downloading your booking confirmation or any offline maps before you arrive at the starting point, as the excitement of the tour and the outdoor environment make it the perfect time to “unplug”!
