Weight limitations apply for exclusively operational and aircraft safety reasons:

• Maximum weight allowed per passenger: 125kg
• Maximum weight allowed per flight: 235kg”

Check-in must take place at least 20 minutes before the scheduled flight time at Algés Heliport. For security reasons, confirmation of the weight indicated at the time of booking will be made.
Parking is available in front of the Heliport.
It is possible to bring companions, who can wait at the Heliport and watch the take-off and landing.

The experience normally runs smoothly but, for safety reasons, the flight may be adjusted in accordance with instructions from air traffic control or the weather. If there are any adjustments, we always let you know.

In case of bad weather, we’ll reschedule free of charge or refund the price. Safety always comes first.

The passenger must comply with the safety conditions and other instructions given by the operator.

Cancellations will be accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before the flight. If the customer cancels the flight without 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be made.

If the flight is canceled due to weather, operational or force majeure reasons, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded and there will be no other compensation whatsoever.

Yes, an official photo ID. It’s mandatory for safety reasons (and so we know who’s on board, of course).

Yes, but during the flight they are stored safely in reception. In the helicopter you only take the essentials and your cell phone for photos, of course
